Conference participation fee:
Bachelor, Master and PhD students – free of charge (only for papers that have no co-authors who are not students).
Other papers (with non-students co-authors) – 5 000 Rub per paper.

- Final version of the paper after correction of reviewer’s comments, submission deadline:

Full instructions on Paper Preparation will be sent to authors after registration and acceptance of abstracts.
Accepted and presented at the Conference regular papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference.
The Conference papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
